Developer Submissions

Developers proposing integrations, API access, or SDK enhancements should direct submissions to [email protected] with the subject line “Developer Submission – [Your Project Name]”. Please provide:

• Project overview and goals
• Target platforms and technical requirements
• Authentication/authorization details and data flow
• Expected usage, SLAs, and any performance constraints
• Documentation links, sample code, or demo artifacts

Submissions are evaluated by Agujo’s Platform Engineering and Partnerships teams. We may request additional information to complete the assessment and determine alignment with our roadmap.

Response Times

General inquiries receive an initial acknowledgement within 1 business hour, with a typical substantive reply within 1 business day for standard questions. For complex or data-intensive inquiries, we may propose a short follow-up call to accelerate resolution. Developer submissions are reviewed on a defined cycle, typically 3–5 business days from receipt; expedited consideration may be available for strategic programs at the discretion of Agujo leadership, and you will receive timely status updates throughout the process.
