1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing agujo.com and using the Agujo app discovery platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and any additional terms referenced herein. The Service is provided by Agujo, Inc. or its affiliates (collectively, “Agujo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

Agujo is an app discovery and information platform that curates and presents details about software applications. The platform aggregates information and provides navigational links to applications offered by third-party developers. Agujo does not host or distribute these apps directly on its site.

In order to obtain or install any application, you may be redirected to the Google Play Store or other third-party storefront. Your use of such third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers, and Agujo bears no responsibility for the content or operation of those services.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Agujo website, mobile apps, and related materials (including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software) are owned by Agujo or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service, except for the limited license described below.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, display, perform, or otherwise exploit any Agujo content for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written permission from Agujo, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and product names appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such marks without the owners’ express written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Third-Party Links and Google Play

Agujo acts as a directory and referral platform. The Service may include links to third-party applications, pages, or storefronts (most commonly Google Play) where the referenced apps are hosted and made available for download or use. Agujo does not host, operate, or control these third-party apps. We do not guarantee the availability, safety, or quality of any third-party app, nor do we endorse or warrant the policies, practices, or content of third-party developers.

Your use of third-party apps is governed by the respective terms of service, privacy policies, and app store rules of those providers (for example, Google Play terms). Agujo is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party apps, including without limitation functionality, reliability, or security concerns.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AAGUJO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING.

Agujo does not warrant that: (i) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (ii) any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected; (iii) the information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or up-to-date; or (iv) the content from third parties accessed via the Service is reliable or safe.

In no event shall Agujo, its affiliates, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agujo’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred USD ($100) or the amount paid, if any, by you to Agujo for the Service during the twelve months preceding the applicable claim.

6. Termination and Suspension

Agujo may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and you must destroy any downloaded or accessible copies of materials obtained through the Service that remain in your possession or control.

Agujo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Effective Date” and reflect changes accordingly. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction of organization, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
