More About Sri Sri Meditations

There are guided Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Meditations in this app. Guided meditations contain instructions which help to enter in a meditative state: first, we take our attention to the body, then to the breath, then to the mind... and at the end, when we let go everything, meditation happens! Gurudev gave various techniques and has made meditation simple, easy and accessible to all!

This application contains the interesting and various meditations (including Panchakosha, Hari-om, OM meditation, Yoga Nidra, Full Moon Meditation, Aura meditation and others). You can choose the most suitable one for yourself and practice it. Languages: English and Hindi.

Chakras Series.
It is wonderful series! There are 12 step-by-step meditation lessons guided by Gurudev in April 2020. It's like a meditation guide: here is explained how to sit, how to look, what should be the attitude/respect to practice, how to get out of meditation state and much more! During meditation, a sound fragment is played for each chakra. See also how different sounds affect the chakras in app "Music And Chakras" (explained by Gurudev).
